Toledo Book Fair 2012 (7th edition)

From 20 to 29 April 2012, the Toledo Book Fair will once again take place. The numerous programmed activities and the previous success of other years make this a very attractive Culturel event in the city. Find out all about the programme.

Programme of activities:

* For this year the activities of the TOLEDO BOOK FAIR are held in the ZOCODOVER SQUARE and in the AUDITORY OF THE MUSEUM OF THE EXERCIT.

To open your mouth: Through the paths of poetry. Talk about travel literature and exhibition of Andean dance by the ecutorian poet Carla Badillo Coronado. Thursday, April 19, at 19:30 hours, at the Centro Culturel San Marcos.

Friday, 20 – Dedicated to Poetry

18:00 h. Recital Recover humility: A vueltas con la Generación Beat. The Ecuadorian poet Carla Badillo Coronado, winner of the 2011 César Dávila Andrade National Poetry Prize, will recite her poems and will take us into the poetic universe that has most influenced her by reading referential poems. ” Toledospain.click Guides” collaborates in the activities of the 7th Toledo Book Fair with the realization of an interesting and innovative free route: “” Travellers through the History of Toledo“, never done before in Toledo.

Travellers through the History of Toledo” is the narration of the adventures of the famous people who came to Toledo seeking to know its Culturel and monumental wealth. Such as Andersen, the Marquis de Sade, Einstein, Heine, Alejandro Dumas, George Borrow…

Approximately 1 hour long. Free. 1 hour of duration, approximately.
