Program Fair and Fiestas Virgen del Sagrario in Toledo 2018, to be held from 14 to 19 August.The festivities will begin at 20 hours on Tuesday 14 August with the opening ceremony of the Festivals in the Town Hall square.

The festivities will begin on Tuesday 14 August at 20:00 hours with the inauguration and parade of gigantones, cabezudos and parades with the collaboration of CECAP from the Town Hall square to the Paseo de Merchán, and the music of the ‘Unión Musical Benquerencia’ and the Batukada ‘Kekumka.
This first day, at 21:30 hours there will be free lemonade in the Weapons Courtyard of the Hinge Gate, and at that time the fairground will be inaugurated with fireworks.
The musical appointment of the night will arrive with Luz Casal and the concert included in his tour ‘Que corra el aire’ from 22:30 hours in the Plaza de Toros. Tickets are available through the usual sales channels.
The festivity of the Virgin of the Tabernacle, on August 15, as the councillor for Festejos has pointed out, will gather all those in search of the so-called ‘water of the Virgin’ in the traditional jugs one more year from 07:00 hours in the cloister of the Cathedral.
This Wednesday the 15th from 20:00 to 22:30 hours, in the Paseo de Merchán, there will be children’s activities with more than a hundred sports games, balance, pitching, ingenuity, dexterity and skill. The initiative will also take place on the 16th and 17th.
Another of the appointments of this great day will be at 22:00 hours in the Town Hall square with the concert of the Symphonic Band ‘Ciudad de Toledo’.
On Thursday 16, the Day of the Child will be celebrated with discounts on the attractions installed in the fairgrounds of La Peraleda from eight o’clock in the afternoon, while at ten o’clock in the evening the Town Hall square will be a fashion catwalk with the designer José Sánchez and his ‘Journey to the 80’.
Another of the expected concerts of this Fair and Festivals will be held at the fairgrounds of La Peraleda on Friday 17 August from 22:00 hours. The DJ’s will give way to OBK to finish at dawn with the orchestra and show ‘Benidorm’. In addition, in the Town Hall square at ten o’clock in the evening, a concert will be given by the rondalla ‘san José Obrero’
.
On Saturday 18, at 22:00 hours, is scheduled the performance of the groups Triángulo Inverso and Elefantes, in the fairgrounds, and a musical for children in La Vega at ten o’clock at night, as well as the concert ‘Coro Voces en Armonía’ in the Town Hall square at 21:00 hours.
Finally, the roundabout ‘santa María de Benquerencia’ will be on stage in the Town Hall square on Sunday 19 at nine o’clock in the evening, and in the early hours of the morning the fireworks will be the end of the fiesta from La Peraleda.

07:00: Festivity of Our Lady of the Tabernacle, Patron Saint of Toledo. Every hour the Holy Mass will be celebrated in front of the image of the Virgin. In the cloister you will be able to drink the water of the Virgin, in the typical botijos (more about this tradition).

11:00 a.m.: Pontifical Mass, presided by Mr. Braulio Rodríguez Plaza, Archbishop of Toledo and Primate of Spain. After Mass, procession with the image of the Virgin of the Tabernacle through the Primate Temple.
